FREE POSTAGE WORLDWIDE
All the beads on my site have been handmade by me, at my home in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. They have been properly annealed in my kiln for durability, then they are cleaned and inspected, before being carefully packaged and sent to you, ready to enjoy. I will send your beads by 1st class post. If you require registered delivery or insurance, I can arrange this at cost price.
RETURNS
I will accept returns within 14 days of receipt. I will give a full refund for beads returned in original condition, not including the cost of return shipping.
BREAKAGES
I will package your beads carefully, but once I post them they are in the care of others. If your beads arrive damaged, please contact me immediately. If you return the damaged beads or send me a photo I will do my best to replace them.
These beads are glass, please treat them with respect and they will last a lifetime!
